Hi, my name is Serjiu Paduraru, I am from the Republic of Moldova. I came to Intergrow in 2006 and my first impression was good because I learned new technologies that I never saw before. At Intergrow everybody has a specific job to do. I performed many different tasks while at Intergrow. I worked as a topper, wrapped the plants around the strings, pruned the flowers, and removed the suckers. We worked five days a week with Saturday and Sunday off for resting.
While working at Intergrow, I met my future wife. After we finished our time at Intergrow we went back to our home country and got married. Now after two years we are back at Intergrow because we liked our first experience so much. My message to all is: don't pass up a chance to work for Intergrow because it is a very good place for agricultural training.
